1. Platform use

BidTrans is a private platform for managing transport requests, approved companies, carrier bids, winner selection and operational updates.

2. Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate, current information and must represent the company they register for. Access is subject to administrative review, approval and role-based permissions.

3. Auctions and bids

Spedition companies may publish transport jobs and review carrier offers. Carriers may submit bids according to the auction rules, timing and requirements displayed in the platform.

4. Winner selection

Winner selection is managed through the platform workflow. The platform may apply operational rules such as minimum waiting times, status checks and internal validation before a job is confirmed.

5. Documents and confidentiality

Contracts, uploaded files, commercial details and operational information are available only to authorized users. Users must not disclose confidential information outside the approved business context.

6. Final legal review
